A Productive Day in Pictures!

Starting a day with lovely weather and calm atmosphere is a great way to begin. Waking up to a long list of tasks on this day was just another reason to be stronger. I was wondering how I will complete these tasks but then I derived strength from this little inner voice; "remember that there's time for everything"

Yes!, there's always time for everything, procrastination is a time waster, the more a person procrastinate, the more slower his/ her productivity will be. It’s weekend so I decided to make use of my free time to clean and run my business!

My activities for the day were;

• Wig making
• Cooking
• Hair laundry ( treatment and revamping)
• Wig styling
• Cleaning
• Reading

Cooking process

I will explain in details how I carried out each of these activity;

I started with wig making at 7:30am, after sewing for an hour, I paused and went to prepare breakfast. I made delicious jollof rice. Had my breakfast and continue with the wig making.

At 12:00pm, I finished up with wigging. I combed the hair and joined it with other wigs for washing. I set up the hair products for both revamping and treatment.

I began to wash the hairs with shampoo and water. While washing, I set up water on the gas cooker then put it on low heat so it won't boil faster because I wasn't close by to monitor.

I mixed up four different hair products for treatment and applied on the wigs before putting them in a ziploc bags and used the hot water to steam them.

I gave the hairs 20 minutes to steam before rinsing the products out. Three wigs were revamped but I dried one without styling then styled two using rollers and flexi rods.

I styled the first hair, while in the process, it started raining heavily. I stood up to close all the windows and continue styling. I finished up with the first one, removed it from the mannequin and dry then start styling the second hair.

After styling both hairs, I cleaned the house, mopped the floor and do some dishes. From the dishes picture, you can see the liquid soap I used.

Viva brand has been one of my favorite brand of soap since I tried detergent and bar soap. I tried the liquid soap recently and like everything about it; its foamy texture and fragrance.

After cleaning, I rested for few minutes and decided to read few pages of EVERY WOMAN.
