THE DIARY GAME: 20, September 2020

Hello everyone here on steemit platform! How are you today!

Here in our place it’s getting colder every day since it’s already autumn season. Trees began to change colors from green to yellow green and light brown. The flowers for autumn blooms and the temperature changed. There are many places to visit during this season but because of the corona prevention many prefers to stay home.

For my diary blog here are my activities:

Early in the morning I checked our mini garden and picked this bitter melon since it reached already its fullest to harvest. Small but cute I guess very fine and organic since I didn’t put any plant pesticides.

Today, I am going to make Japanese potato salad. The first ingredients I am preparing is this shredded carrots and cucumber with salt. When these veggies absorb the salt that’s the time I will squeeze and extract the excess water from it.

The main ingredients for potato salad are these two of course potatoes and eggs, boiled them in a few minutes then for potatoes removed the outer skin same with the eggs. Then place them in a bowl and smashed to make it easier mixing with the other ingredients.

The final stage after combining the four foods with a little salt and pepper to taste, karashii or mustard paste and vinegar. I mixed a little sugar also and if there’s a condensed milk it’s much better but we run out of condensed milk, I just replaced it with a teaspoon of sugar and milk.

This is the actual finished product of my recipe. I set aside this for my son’s lunch.

We still have spaghetti leftovers that I frozen for a couple of days heated in the microwave oven.

Since it’s Sunday and my holiday at work, all I did was browsing facebooks, appics, steemit and hive. A lot of time spent for making an update to my diary game blogs using my iPhone and iPad at the same time editing alternately. While listening to music of famous singers like Celine Dion and Bee Gees, David Soul, Beyonce, Charice, Stevie Wonder and Tommy Shaw, I really had a nice day. For the songs that these famous singers I have had listened they are the following:

• Immortality (duet of Celine Dion and Bee Gees)
• Don’t give up on us (David Soul)
• Medley Songs (Beyonce and other famous singers)
• I have nothing and I will always love you (Charice)
• I just called to say I love you (Stevie Wonder)
• Count on you (Tommy Shaw)
  Note: Charice is a famous Pilipino singer for those who don’t know her.

For updating appics, I posted my old pix of desserts I have eaten in one of the celebrations my former company had and it was really an awesome place with eat all you can dining in a reasonable price. All desserts were delicious and we enjoyed eating all flavors.

For my facebook account, all I did was sharing lovely music that can make someone dance, think of their past life and old memories of past love, laugh while watching the video and enjoy while listening. The new trend now is sharing challenge of photo beside the beach and lot of my friends and family shared for this challenge.

As for my hive blog, I started making blogs about shadow photos I did while eating sushi in a restaurant near our work area and feather friends featuring ravens that I have captured while strolling the street of our place.
