THE DIARY GAME: 21, September 2020 - HOLIDAY

Good morning to all steemit members out here.

Today is Monday and the holiday here in Japan commemorating old age day of the countries senior citizens. It’s a 3 days consecutive holidays from Sunday to Tuesday. A lot of people here celebrated this special day being with the elders of their family and by going out .

Since today is holiday, I just stayed home and slept to rejuvenate my body from weary and lack of sleep for sometimes because of late hours of work I come home past ten in the evening then sleep to almost one pm in the morning. Staying late night makes our body dull and feeling heavy.

As for my breakfast, the usual pan and coffee combination and because of tiredness I forgot to take pictures then returned to bed sobering another sleep.

While browsing facebook, I saw my old pictures reminiscing about the fun I had 6 years ago in a dining night house place in Kawasaki.

This was an old pix of mine doing a karaoke in a dining with an eat all you can dinner in Shinjo Kawasaki Japan. My friend introduced me here in which she was the server for her personal extra income job. In response to her request, I visited the place and took time to spend the whole evening eating and singing in Karaoke mingling with other customers that night. It was fun singing and eating enjoying the Filipino cuisine made by the lady boss owner and I was very much full after lavishing. It was an overnight dining specially to Filipinos living in Japan. Special catering of foods with a selection of 10 kinds and all delicious especially the desserts that costed only 3,000 yen plus additional with drinks and karaoke bar. It’s not really my first time attending this kind of luscious place that offers eat all you can to customers. In Kamata, Kawasaki probably 3 filipino restaurants offered same service but with disco in the middle of the night.

My lunch was just a left over from last night and just ate for it not to go to waste. My son got out and bought his food from the convenience store so I didn’t have to worry about his lunch. Sometimes we eat in a separate time to give time and break from too much attention in assisting him to his needs since he is already an adult and wants to be alone sometimes. I just prepared his food for his work and do the laundry but sometimes if I am busy , he will do the cleaning for his self. I just wish that he can find a good job for him to settle his own pad enjoying being single without the parents care and independency. Children must be taught that way the way our parents taught us for them to become more responsible in handling problems and to prepare themselves when confronted with many challenges in life having their own family in the future.

It’s been a long day without too much work just enjoying music while having dinner and after that resume what was left undone activities and that’s all for my today diary game blog.
