THE DIARY GAME: 2020/09/11: I love Fridays.

Hello dear friends,
It is my second day in this game and I already love this diary writing. Because it forces me to pay more attention to my daily life which is a very very useful factor while living.

So like yesterday I woke up around 8.00 am and then got ready having breakfast. Today I had some fruits and cereals.
And then logged in to the Google Meet for the Chōrei. Ah, I guess you might remember what that is because I mentioned it in yesterday post. After the Chōrei I started my regular tasks. In the morning at 10.30 have I had a Zoom meeting. It was almost 12.00 pm when the meeting was over.

Then it was lunchtime. Today I had no worry about cooking because yesterday, I already have made today lunch also. Then I stepped down to the kitchen and made the food warm for a few minutes. Then ready for enjoying. It was a melon ice cream for today dessert. It was really tasty. Especially in summer days. But today was not too much hot. After that, I checked my Facebook and had a little chat with some friends. Then about 20 minutes I had a little nap. By 1.00 pm I got ready for my evening.

It was a super exciting evening because it is Friday. Everybody loves Fridays. With weekend excitement, I completed my evening tasks and reports. In the daily report, I must include what I did today, what I am going to do the next day and what problems I am having. At 6.00 pm, I finished my work for this week and started my weekend already. Ah, you might think I missed my evening tea. No way. Tea is an essential part of my daily life.

Normally Fridays, I do not cook. So no cooking today and it was time for shopping. I got ready, wore the mask and went. There is a big supermarket near my apartment. It took about 5 minutes to walk there.

On the way

There are hand sanitizer bottles at each entrance of the supermarket. I cleaned my hands and took a shopping cart and started looking for things I came to buy. I started with the vegetable and meat area. Got potatoes, onions, banana, apples, meat and some eggs. Then I got some snacks, chocolates, bread and some buns. Kind of expensive when compared to my home country. The single tomato priced 128yen (~ 22.45 LKR or 1.21 USD). In total, the bill was 2757 YEN(~30 USD). Although they are expensive, the high quality and super hygienic level of these foods is admirable. I could not get photos inside the supermarket because it is not a very ethical idea.

Then I came to my room and stored them in the refrigerator. As soon as I came home I washed my hands. I am afraid of Corona.
After that, I had a shower and enjoyed my dinner. I made some sandwiches adding tomatoes, butter, egg, chilli and peppers.
Then I called my home and watched a movie. Spider-Man Into The Spider-Verse (2018).
It was an animation movie. I enjoyed it so much because I am a big fan of Spider-Man.

While watching

The film took about 2 hours to watch and after that I started writing today diary.
Now I am getting finish it, so now I am going to sleep and enjoy my first night in the weekend.
