THE DIARY GAME #3: 18/12/2020: Taking A Walk To The Farm To Fetch Palm Fruits

Hello everyone. I'm glad to have you here and I'm super excited to share my day with you.

So today, I woke up not so early and not roo late at the same time. I didn't do much of a chore in the morning, just my normal squatting exercise and then I boiled some water for tea.

I didn't want any heavy food for breakfast and also, I was kinda having a nasal congestion so I just needed a hot tea which I made for myself.

After breakfast, we decided to take a stroll to to the farm. The sole aim was to fetch some ripe palmfruits from our plot so we could process palm oil from it.

Sometimes the palm oil could be sold depending on the quantity we have available.

The guy who usually climb the palm trees was around. So we went looking for him and together we moved.

It wasn't just one plot that we visited, we were moving about. Sounds funny but it was tiring. From one location to another.

My own job was to handpick the palm seeds that would fall from the tree while the tapping is on. The bush was thick so I used a Cutlass to at least clear a small space so I can pick them.

Work continued till late in the afternoon when we were finally done. It was sha a success. But my waist right now is aching.
When I got back, I freshened up and had my lunner.

It was time to rest and I had enough of it though. I'm still feeling heavy and weak but I'm pretty sure I'll be better in the morning!
