The Lacey Report #8 "Robert Picardo returning to The Orville in season 2"

Robert Picardo who played the role of the EMH doctor in star trek voyager, also started in "The Orville", created by Seth MacFarlane. According to Seth Picardo will be returning for the second season of "The Orville", which is currently in production and is scheduled to premier late in 2018. Picardo first appears season one Episode 10 "Fire Storm", In the episode Alara Kitan the ships security officer (Played By Halston Sage) freezes in place when she stands before an open flame, en route to rescue a crew member trapped under a fallen bulkhead in the ships engineering section. As a result of freezing the officer dies, and Alara Blames herself. In an attempt to understand why she reacts the way she did, she contacts her parents on her home world Xeleya. she speaks with her mother and father who is played by Picardo. Even though he was in a brief seen, He carried out his role exceptionally well as he normally does.

In addition to playing the Dr. from Star trek voyager, picardo also had a role in star gate as Richard Woolsey. Picardo also received an Emmy Award for his role as coach Cutlip on The Wonder Years. The Orville has been Fox's biggest premier since Empire. All though I may not be in season 2, I will hopefully be included in the cast for season 3, cant wait.
