So First I want to recommend the book, "The Starfish and the Spider." This book focuses on how some organizations -like a spider are centralized, and easily squashed, while others -a starfish- when cut in pieces, multiplies. I think there are real parallels for decentralized governance. This books explains how some organizations fight against all odds and succeed. Group dynamics in decentralized organizations are very complex.
-a good summary of this book would probably be just right for required reading/ and class discussion.
Thanks for the recommendation. always looking for interesting books
