Thought of the Day

The human mind is a complex creation, thus we don't even understand the power of it. Somehow it contains love, fear, greed, and happiness. We have even convinced ourselves that a god has created us. Much more powerful than we are which know everything.

But why is it that people still believe in a god. Do they really believe that a god created us and everything around us or is it just a vague explanation of our human mind making tricks on us? In human nature, we search for explanations to things we don't fully understand. We see patterns were there is just a plain coincident. It's fascinating, to say the least, that we know so little. To me, that is a drive to search and to gather knowledge, to exist.

Maybe that is why religions are fading in this world. We see brighter than we did before. Through science and critical thinking, we understand the world better and thus our mind.

But can we truly understand our mind? Aren't we too bias?
