Sounds like an interesting opportunity to consider and it could provide more perspectives on your view of things to share here. I have found that interviews are awful as they just match what you want to ask with what that person wants to hear. I normally seek people not looking for jobs as they are more prone to be open at discussions given their “nothing to lose” attitude. That is where I found great resources as it allows for a more social interaction rather than the technical like you suggest.
