In some cases Consciousness travels after life too and enter into new life with existence of old life memories.

Perhaps, but this is not proven - it is belief - so sometimes could just as well be never or every time.

and whatever we do in this particular life it is remembered by the fellow beings accordingly.

I agree, those around us are art of our memory, even if they remember poorly.
