RE: Have The Steem Blockchain's Problems Finally Been Fixed? Check Out #NewSteem!
lol :)
I have been subscribed to liquicity in youtube but never seen them come up in my sub list.. I just hit the notification bell because I have hardly ever heard them at all. Just listening to some bits now - yeah, very nice - thanks for the tip. Actually, I prefer what I'm hearing there to Hospital's vibe at the moment.
There was a busker in Norwich today singing old style reggae - like 'police and thieves' really well, I thought about trying to get him to record some vocals, but I don't have time at the moment. Once I get a couple of current projects finished I'm going full on with the tracks I've started .. then I'll look at some new ones more on the liquid vibe and maybe that reggae remix.
Yes, the communication is important and when it's missing it leaves the imagination open to think that there's nothing going on. I can feel that Steem is going to stay the course because it's elements are solid - it's general enough to be used in a large number of ways and so that means there are many people interested in helping grow it for many different reasons.
I'm glad you got in low, yeah - definitely a good time to buy. Hard to say what's going to happen, but there's a good chance we'll see Steem at $1 again soon.
Yea I agree with you on Liquicity side of things, actually think they have gone down the line that Hospital used to be before going in to a very "speed pop" sound rather than liquid dnb. A liquicity night out in London 2 years ago was the last big DnB thing I did and would like to do more in 2020 for sure as it's looking like a bit of a "free" year. If steem's price moves upwards in that time then could well use some of the earnings to pay for a night out, who knows :)
I'm doing a bit of "life reorganisation" as well and that includes cutting down a bit on posting. Trying to do a daily upload is pretty intense and now I've bought up on STEEM, the curation rewards I'll be getting will mitigate the "lost steem" from author rewards now. I'll probably do one post on music and one on travel each week to try and get better quality going but it's more the time I'll have back which will help in many ways!
I agree with the assessment on STEEM too - it's also helped by the fact it's open source so anyone can build any dapp they want to integrate to the chain which makes it multi purpose really. But the only place I see so far that's trying to tackle onboarding and making it all simple to use is travelfeed. Steempress seems to be doing a good job too so we'll see how those developments go as well.
$1 STEEM would be very tasty! Don't think I've seen it get to that in the 18 months I've been here haha
