Hello Tiny-House lovers,

The first time you enter the house you fall down of ‘cloud nine’ and you take a proper look at the house and garden.
And then it hits you! OMG... ‘Where do we start?’

A bit of history
The parc is estiblished 50 years ago. The first owners build the #Tinyhouse and planted the first roses. They sold the plot afther 27 years to a single mother. She, her son and grandchilderen enjoyed for the last 23 years.
But as a single mother its hard work to keep everything in good condition. And as she got older the garden was just to big for her to mantaine alone. You have to know that the lady turned 93 last summer! And till that time she was always in the garden. It was time for her to pass it through.

Current state

As you can imagne the house really needs a good fixer upper. Because let me tell you; I do not want to sit on a toilet that has been in use for the last 50 years!

And we really had to take a good look at septic tank and pluming. Neighbours told us that there was an issue a couple of years ago...

The whole ‘moving out’ was a bit much for the lady. So we told her she can leave everything as it is. We were going to change it any way.

The first step? Clean up and make room!
Because the winter has started we chose to concentrate on the tiny house. Still a lot of junk can come from so little house.

The good stuff went to charity and rest to the dump.

There are no cars aloud on the parc. All the stuff had to brought to the parkinglot by wheelbarrow.
That means a lot of walking up and down. We got a good work out. And a massive muscle ache the next day! :-D
