Pumpkin drink is the best. I'm from Jamaica and our pumpkin is different from the pumpkins in America. The pumpkin drink we made at home taste very similar to carrot juice.

It is best that the pumpkin is very fit, cut it into slices, boil, cool, then blend. One may add milk, including evaporated and/or condensed milk, sugar and a pinch of nutmeg, just as how one would do when making carrot juice. Delicious!
