Philip Morris, a global tobacco producer, has invested nearly $ 3 billion since 2008 to develop scientific research aimed at helping smokers quit smoking and providing less harmful alternatives to those who can not stop smoking, All smokers in the world quit smoking cigarettes altogether, and they are able to withstand the expected losses to decline their production of traditional cigarettes and start a new era of products that are estimated to be less harmful.

The company has found that its research and development center in the Swiss city of Neuchatel has more than 430 scientists, experts and engineers whose mission is to conduct experiments on materials and consumer electronics, to study clinical sciences and toxicology, to provide an alternative that is less harmful than smoking. All smokers who can not quit smoking are turned into smokeless products.

Global studies have confirmed that there are serious health consequences for burning inhalation, and that smoking is very harmful to human health. It contains many components, such as nicotine and tobacco, and these ingredients are dangerous to health and affect negatively.

In a statement, two managers at Philip Morris International said that less harmful tobacco products should include two basic criteria before they are introduced to consumers.
