I am still doing research, so i think we will talk soon. I dont know how smt will look like but i am looking at all possibilities because this is a "human" token.

      In my understanding, any ui that can be associated with steem blockchain can issue smt token, chainbb is a furom using SteemConnect to sync post can be used to issue smt as such picture above,

      also busy.org I guess can issue smt if they wanted.
