The chair of the National Police Chiefs Council Martin Hewitt has issued a warning to whom he described as "prominent individuals", saying that they should avoid inciting anger given the febrile and emotive atmosphere currently enveloping Britain.
In fairness they will need a lot more than that just for Northern Ireland if things kick off.
