Saanane Island park
is a national reserve of Tanzania and is a small reserve of about 2.18 km, and is located 2 kilometers southwest from Mwanza's city center, in Lake Victoria's Gulf Coast in Tanzania. This park was established as the first animal gardens in Tanzania in 1964 and became a full reserve in 2013.
