This largest historical fort in the world is spread over a radius of about 32 kilometers. This fort is compared to the wall of China, which is about 6400 kilometers in length.
Historians have different opinions about the construction of this fort included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, some historians believe it to be built in the early 20th century, while some believe it to be built in the 8th-9th century.
According to some historians, this fort was built by the Emperor bin Musabirmaki, a Persian noble who had served as the governor of Sindh, although no concrete evidence exists about the construction of this fort.
It is believed that the present structure of this fort was built by Mir Ali Khan Talpur and his brother Mir Muradat Ali in the year 1812, who belonged to Taluk dynasty.
Let us tell you that the Talpur dynasty ruled Sindh and many parts of present-day Pakistan from 1783 to 1843 and it was considered a dynasty of Baloch tribe.
On the other hand, if you talk about the design of this fort, it is very attractive, amazing and grand, which connects many mountains and hills of Kirthar. In the northern part of this fort is a huge and natural hill, while on the other three sides it is covered by walls,
Inside it are 4 major gates, known as San Gate, Mohan Gate, Amri Gate, and Shah-Peri Gate.
