An Overview of the platform
TOZEX is the first decentralized, non-custodial crypto-asset financing and Blockchain-based crowdfunding platform that aims to create a harmonious atmosphere for its users.
Tozex has been designed to facilitate the tokenization of the current economy and protect the interests of entrepreneurs, investors, and traders alike, and also align the interests of entrepreneurs, investors, and traders together into a transparent ecosystem.
The platform places value on ensuring the safety and legality of each investment by the investor community that is conducted by each company on the Tozex Platform.
TOZEX is designed to provide all the tools needed for professional traders.
Concerning security, the platform adopts a Multi-factor authentication method viz (Login & Password, One-Time Passwords, and Wallet Signature Access) before granting access to a user to ensure all operations on the platform are secured.
- TOKEN PAD: Tozex TokenPad is a ready-made platform designed for issuance of Crypto assets. Using Tozex TokenPad doesn't require technical skills or knowledge about blockchain. The platform has been simplified to use and it is userfriendly with embedded TOZEX smart contracts.
- INVEST PAD: TOZEX grants investors the ability to use their wallets for investments on any listed projects. Funds are not held by anyone, the distribution is done directly through the smart contracts.
- DECENTRALIZED ORDER BOOK: Traders will be able to trade their crypto assets in a decentralized trading platform. In this form of the trading system, users take complete control over their assets, users don't have to send their tokens to a centralized account before trading them. The trading system is completely decentralized and transparent.
TOZEX SMART CONTRACT LIBRARY
The development of smart contract code requires deep expertise in computer science, cryptography, and programming language. The development has to be accurate and optimize because each piece of code has an impact on cost execution and security. Rigorous testing and prototyping have to be done before any deployment of a tradable token contract for crowdfunding or a distribution phase.
TOZEX library is an open-source allowing anyone to check, audit, and contribute to our development. The first
programming language of our library is based on Solidity to allow the deployment first on Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum
Classic (ETC) & RootStock (RSK) blockchain network. The second programming language will be Java to allowing the portability of our library on the Credits blockchain network.
The process to deploy a smart contract (STO, ICO, or BRO) is very simple through our interface. The user can
use is existing wallet (hardware or software wallet) through TOZEX platform to deploy the selected contract within
the blockchain network of his choice without compromising his private key.

The fund will be used to be compliant with the SEC and other regulatory entities will be a top priority for our token. Our budget is allocated to cover existing and any new regulatory laws.
