If you want to write a bilingual article you either can write the whole article in one of the languages on the top and the second language on the bottom. This is nice, but some readers may not want to scroll down the whole page to find their language, other potential readers may even think, that the article is not written in their language and leave the page without reading it.
Another way would be writing one sentence in the first language and immediately after this sentence the same sentence in the second language. I personally don't like this way at all, it stops the flow of reading and no joy remains.
There is a third way, which I prefer, because the reader doesn't have to scroll down all the way and the flow of reading is still given. It's writing in two rows.
In this article I want to show you how to write in two rows. You will see, that it is really very easy.

Bir yazıyı iki dilde yazmak istiyorsanız çeşitli yollara başvurabilirisniz. Ya yazınızı bir dilde yazarsınız ve sayfanın alt bölümünde bunun çevirini koyarsınız. Bu fena değildir fakat bazı okuyucular belki sayfanın en aşağısına kadar inmek istemezler ya da başkaları belki bu yazının anladıkları dilde yazılmadığını düşünebilirler ve sayfayı okumadan terk ederler.

Kendim tercih ettiğim ücüncü bir yöntem vardır. İki kolon da yazsanız hem okuma akışı kalıyor hemde okuyu sayfayı görür görmez okumakla başlayabiliyor ve aşağı kaydırmak sorunda kalmıyor.

Vaaay! Ya sola çekme sağa çekmeyi ayrı ayrı biliyordum ama böyle iki sütun halinde olabileceğini çözememiştim. Bundan böyle bana iki sütunlu misalen diyebilirsiniz. :D
