Justice is the foundation of the state

Justice means observing and performing. The distinction between right and wrong is provided with justice. The concept of justice basically includes compliance with the rules of law. Since it relates to the behavior of people in society, it is related to moral and religious norms

Thinkers have been interested in the concept of justice since ancient times. In all of the sacred books there are sections about adultery. According to the ancient Greek philosopher Plato, justice is one of the highest virtues, the basic act of man and the state.

A legal order can be fair to the extent that the weak are protected. For example, today's value added tax from any commodity consumed by a person is not a fair tax. Because it does not take into account the income level of the person. This is a fair application of the income tax, which is based on the income of the person and the tax rate increases as the level of income increases.

Today, the concept of justice includes social justice. Social justice includes the elimination of the imbalances in the distribution of economic, social and cultural values, and state aid to the weak and weak in society.
