What is "Banh Hoi"
"Banh Hoi" is a variation of fresh "bun". "Bun" that large noodles, not eat so delicious, the processor makes the noodles smaller. "Banh Hoi" and "Bun" are similarly processed but "Banh Hoi" is made more carefully and elaborately.

How to cook
