A ROAD ACCIDENT I WATCHED

Last week i witnessed the most terrible accident in my life. I was going back home from college. It was about quarter past to two o' clock in the noon. In fact i was walking on the pavement of Dhaka to Aricha Highway near the Ganashastya Kendra Saver. This highway remains busy all the time. At onec point of time rhere was a gap and no vehicles were fuond to come from the front side. Just then one of my cassmasters began running to cross the road. His residence was on the other side of the highway in the GanashastyaMendra Campas. But he could not cross the road and never reachwd his residence. Before reasing the other side of the road truck came up from behind without our norice and wentcaway preasing his body to the ground. There was just a cry and everthing stopped. All of us rushed to the spot and turned stone. He was taken to the Ganashastraya Kendra Hospital. The doctor on duty declared him dead. I will never forget this tragic accident.
