Adjusting
Finding the balance is key. At uni tracking my food and going to the gym was easy:I had a lot of time. Now that I work I still I haven't adjusted. When its come to eating food some days I do not eat enough food , if I have a long shift. Luckily at my work place the stuff get free food but still its not enough for the goals I am trying to achieve. This week I am going to buy some lunch boxes and start cooking food and taking it to work. Before I didn't I have to do this because i had time to go home and make my meals.
