RE: Killing transparencybot - A message to spammers with no SP!

You gotta spend money to make money. I don't understand why so many people have an issue with the bots, other than when someone puts up a post with two sentences and a picture; yet that post has a $200 value. That is abuse. Otherwise, if people have earned SBD or purchased SBD to use in order to boost posts, there is nothing wrong with that. Transparencybot's problem was it lumped all users of bots as POS's and that is not right. And to top it all off, they spammed people's posts with posts of their own, upvoted their own post and then shared the posts that they made on their own page under 2 -3 different accounts. Those accounts were all owned by the same person. Yet that person was boosting their own posts with...you guessed it...bots. The hypocrisy is what the main issue is. There is nothing wrong with sharing information on how much someone used with a bot. I have no issue with that on my posts. The problem is the spamming of comments and I think that is what @booster was trying to get at before transparencybot got defensive and said they aren't spamming. Hence the downvote to hell. An opt out option is cool with me, but when he says he is going to downvote you if you opt out, then it becomes petty and shows the true intent of his project. Done with rant.
