Abolitionist Abstractions Vlog 71: Eastward bound again

Here is today's vlog! Murder Dog and I headed to our friend Jim's place after our night and morning at the Planet Fitness in NE Ohio yesterday. Once we reached his house we caught up for a bit, and then went out for a delicious lunch at a local Mexican restaurant. Afterwards, we headed back to Jim's house to take a look at his property, talk about some of the ideas he has had for it, and checked out his beehives. The latter was of the most interest to me, as I have plans on taking a stab at beekeeping once I finally acquire some land again. Later, after his wife came home, we all enjoyed some good conversation and a pizza dinner. They were nice enough to let Murder Dog and I crash for the night, so we took full advantage of another night out of the Element. Our #AnFam has really been so welcoming and hospitable during this journey!

This morning, after some coffee, some more chit chat, and a shower and shave, it was once again time for Murder Dog and I to hit the road. We set our sites for a Planet Fitness in New Jersey and said goodbye to our friends. During the drive, I just happened to catch a FB post about a possible livestream of the Vonu Podcast occurring today. Since we weren't on a tight time schedule, I told my buddies @shaneradliff and @jas0nb00the that I thought I could make an appearance on the show. By the time they were ready to go live, Murder Dog and I were pretty close to Williamsport, Pennsylvania, so we pulled off the interstate and sought out some wifi. We found a solid connection and were able to join in the show for much of its duration. It was great not only to catch up with some of my friends but also to get the opportunity to talk about my van nomad experiences thus far in a much longer format. It also gave me the chance to reflect on how great of an experience this has really been!
