Visiting a Hot Spring with a 3D Spectacular View Experience at Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort

Since Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort (湖州喜来登温泉度假酒店) is China’s 50 Best Resorts, Best Architecture Design Hotel and received Golden Olive Award 2016, I decided to visit there with my friends in May, 2017.

The entrance lobby is impressive with a white color grand piano playing by a pianist in the evening. For any registered guest, each receives a one-time hot spring usage ticket. Upon request, guests will be transported from the outside of the entrance lobby to a hot spring resort via a battery car driven by a resort staff.

My friends and I visited the hot spring in the evening and enjoyed many variety of small hot spring ponds, which provide many different intended purposes or effects, respectively. Each hot spring pond has a clear signage of a description of the effect, surrounded by many various indoor live plants.

At the top of the hot spring pond, we could see vivid ever changing colors of the signature of a moon bay shape hotel with a moving shadow boat slowly sailing in an interval of every 10 minutes or so just in front of your face. The effect is like as if you were wearing a 3D virtual reality device to watch.

Each staff there is very friendly. After using the hot spring, you can choose a body or foot massage at your choice. A 45-minute foot massage costs you 199元 ($29)。A registered guest will receive a 15% discount.

It is worth mentioning that a complimentary fresh made juice in a big glass container is provided in the lobby of the hotel (See the uploaded photo for your reference - 大堂里提供免费新鲜果汁.) but you have to pay for any drink within the hot spring due to two different companies. The hot spring new owner eliminates a complimentary warm drink - a plain water or a tea style drink.

Caution:

• Be very careful if you would like to use a Jacuzzi inside of the restroom at the hotel because the stairs and the floor are made by slippery nickel metal (镍金属). The water is crystal clear.

• If you are a platinum member, please be aware that the Sheraton club is close Monday through Friday, because most visitors stay there on weekends.
