1st: Yes, Dutchs make the bicycle rules (and I'm not Dutch) but who would be more experienced then you guys :D 2nd: Drinking and cycling is absolutely ok, especially in such empty landscapes! 3rd: This really looks like a thing I should put on my bucketlist!
