In Chiang Mai now...
Well it has been a few weeks since my first post on here when I was still in Miami, Florida. I finished my coding bootcamp right before hurricane Irma came through. Being from Texas I still had to drive home. As soon as I finished the school I got in my car and started to drive back to Texas. Of course my luck it seemed like everyone was wanting to evacuate from Miami at the same time. What was supposed to be a 19 hour drive turned into a 23 hour drive. It took me 7 hours to get from Miami to Orlando, I think the normal drive time is only 4 hours. So much traffic.
I made it back to Texas just fine and had just enough time to get myself semi-organized before my trip back to Thailand. After a 25 hour journey with 2 stops I made it back to Thailand. At this time I decided to stay in Bangkok for a few days because I had no idea where I really wanted to go yet. I couldn't decide between staying in Bangkok, going to Pattaya, or going to Chiang Mai. From the title you can guess where I ended up at, I chose to come to Chiang Mai mainly because of the community of entrepreneurs and digital nomads. I want to network as much as possible, learn from as many people as I can too.(Inside the Thai Airways business class lounge)
I weighed the costs of extra baggage fees and the cost of a business class ticket they were too close in price not to go business class. At first I was going to take the train or bus to go to Chiang Mai but after the long flights in just getting to Thailand I chose to go the quick route.

I know just about everyone that is interested in traveling watches youtube videos. I know I do. I try to find out as much about a place before I go there or even if I am just interested in a place. I jumped on youtube and started watching peoples videos and thought to myself I can do that. Well come to find out it is not that easy to do. I am determined to do it now. So I guess on top of it all I will be an amateur youtuber. Here are the videos I have made so far since I have been here. I know they are not that great but like I said I'm and amateur. Side note I felt weird talking to myself so I have decided that for now I will make all my videos for my nephew Roy, you will hear me talking to him in the videos. He is Autistic and so far he loves the videos.
