Summer surprise

When you hear people talking about Denmark there are many things you can associate to this country.

Many of us (Europeans) have had a nice cold Carlsberg's or Tuborg's at some point in our lifes, beer is a big thing in Denmark and people are proud of the high quality and rich traditions, many of you may be associating this country to Viking's or the Mermaid sculpture in Copenhagen or the world famous Free republic of Christiania, however i believe even Danes would be surprised that this picture has been taken on 2018/06/26 in Aalborg, in the North side of Denmark.

Denmark has a lot of good things, however weather is usually not among them.Although this summer has been exceptional, thus we were forced to look for a nice place to go for a swim and cool off.

While going on our casual bike ride, we decided to take another route, which seemed to be more peaceful and shortly we discovered this beauty.

It is a lake which is situated above limestone and clay surface, which makes water very clear and due to reflection it seems really blue and beautiful.I can confirm that the water feels really refreshing and im really glad for finding this , i hope you will find this place as spectacular as i did.
