Morning side neighborhood is one of the oldest communities in Clearwater, it's nice and quiet. We have a beautiful new, not even a year old sport complex right next door, with a swimming pool, kiddie pool, gym, basketball court, tennis courts, and the Pinellas trail nearby. There are 3 Starbucks within 5 min. There is also a playground next to the recreation center.
