The actual TV Commercial for this Dino Land

So, I decided to visit the Dinosaur land amusement park in Changzhou, me and wife. The kid in me was curious. This amusement park is completely prehistoric themed. Dinosaur statues are everywhere. The rides are all designed with some kind of dinosaur. They have Pterodactyl roller coasters, caves to explore, dungeons, jagged cliffs, and fake swamps. A cool place to spend an afternoon or to bring your children.

The King Kong lift ride. This King Kong lifts the car and raises you high in the sky, rattles the car, and roars loudly. Intimidating in the picture but not really frightening in person. It's very similar to the King Kong ride of Skull Island at Universal Studios, if not an exact carbon copy.

This twirling park ride was 3 minutes of dizzying mania. It will make your head hurt in thrilling agony.

Many caves with hidden gems inside. I won’t spoil all the secrets. There are booby traps, jump scares, dark trails, pitch black journeys, creepy figures that howl, and even statues with motion sensors that will move unexpectedly. I honestly can tell you this was actually a bit scary. The cave exploration was very dark. I had to use my phone light to navigate us out while leading my wife and other park guests who were a bit afraid of the darkness. The scary reactions inside were funny though. Too bad I did not have my Gopro camera at the time.

These dinosaur eggs were a realistic touch.

These are the sights and pics from 2 years ago. So the park may have changed some of the rides as well as added different statues and figures. Also there were other things such as virtual reality rides, 4D theater, a movieplex, museums and of course gift shops. Other activities and shows included bungee jumping, parades, carnival style games, arcades, and zoo animals.

In my opinion, it's worth the trip for some cheap thrills and an eventful day outside.
