The Best Seafood Restaurant in Brighton (UK) - One Seafood lover's Opinion
Brighton can be one of the best sea-side places in the United Kingdom to find yourself during a warm Summer's day!
In my experience, aside from getting served an amazingly fresh Fish'n'Chips takeaway to eat on the beach (or for a walk along the coast line) there is no better place to sit down for a fresh seafood experience than: The Regency.
For lunch I went for the: Grilled Plaice main with salad and new boiled potatoes, with a pint of Strongbow on the side.
Followed up by dessert: Mint Ice Cream Sundae for myself, a Lemon Vanilla Ice Cream, and a Spotted Dick Sponge dessert with custard for my accompanying friends.
In general, when I think of fishing done right: line-caught fish in Brighton is definitely one of the best ways to to enjoy sustainable fresh seafood! [last image is a free-rights photo]
