The Front Street region of Toronto, surrounding Union Station, is considered by some to be the new financial district (with the old one being along Bay Street, running up to the Eaton Center). There is an unbelievable amount of construction in the area and this tower is the middle of the action. As you can see in the reflection, these buildings are very close to the CN Tower. With the Rogers Center / Ripley’s Aquarium right beside the CN Tower and the Air Canada Center just on the other side of the M&M building the surrounding streets become flooded with foot traffic before and after any major sports event.

Avoid driving in this area whenever possible. Thankfully, it is next to city’s main transit hub, so you shouldn’t have to.
