Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @swati-s:

Cesky Krumlov is the fairytale town, the kind that you have either only seen in movies or in your dreams. There is something about the this place.Time stands still and you never want to leave. This quaint town is built below the cesky Krumlov Castle and around the meandering Vltava River. Pretty little bridges connect the riversides which are dotted with lovely houses and restaurants. I could go on and on. Prague may be the most beautiful city in the world but my heart lies in Cesky.

This picture was taken near Prague Castle. There is a beautiful lookout point where many tourists make their selfies. I have the wall in the foreground from the entrance to Starbucks Cafe.Through the hole you have a nice view of the city.

The National Monument on top of Vítkov hill in Prague's Žižkov district is one of the most important buildings related to the development of Czechoslovak - Czech statehood. It is also the third largest equestrian statue in the world of Jan Žižka.

Original Cafe in the center of Wenceslas Square. Very nice tram)) We drank coffee several times, sometimes with a dessert. The food is ordinary, at a price - no higher than any other cafe in the center of Prague. Convenient location, pleasant atmosphere, polite staff, but not smiling)) For a short break in the walk is quite appropriate.

On the road from Prague to Krumlov you can see brightly yellow fields. Since on that trip we did not take a car, but went on a sightseeing bus, we could not stop. Once I managed to shoot during the stop at the gas station. But this was clearly not enough. I shot right on the move through the bus window.
Here the glass played the role of a filter, making the clouds more dark and textured.

Sucha a beautiful view. Lovely picture!

That is exactly why one needs to get out of Prague to see how beautiful Czech countryside really is. Some of those scenic rides are just to die for! Thank you for this!

When I visited praha. I walked along the riverbank vltava saw a group of geese swimming. From a distance I was aiming for the old town bidge tower and charles bridge.
Old town bidge is a tower of ancient times used to store guns and gunpowder.

Needless to say, Prague left the most beautiful impression, here everything is imbued with an amazing history, a mixture of Slavic and German culture and medieval mysticism. And at the same time it is now a very comfortable city, with impeccably well-maintained transport, inexpensive hotels, detailed pointers and, of course, hundreds of cafes where you can eat the famous "Veprevo knee" and drink a glass of excellent beer.

The Tržní Colonnade in Karlovy Vary is a carved building in the Swissar style. It was built in 1883 to cover the spring of Karel IV. It is located in the middle of Karlovy Vary on the banks of the Teplá River. Nearby is also the spring Vřídlo, Dolní zámecký Spring and Tržní Spring.

Great shot. I really like the lighting coming from the buildings.

Thanks, I chose the composition so that the lanterns were seen. It was shot for a while before sunrise.

Excellent as always! Thank you so much for that.

There are places where horrible things happened in history. The closer to the present, the more frightening these places seem to be. This is Petschk's palace. Unsurprisingly building. ... For the Nazi occupation of 1939-1945 there was the headquarters of the Gestapo (Secret State Police).

It is written here:
At the time of the Nazi occupation, the Gestapo torture rooms were in this building. Fighters here fought, suffered and died for the freedom of our homeland.
We will never forget their memories and we will always remain faithful to their legacy.
The street is called Street of Political Prisoners (ulice Politických věznů). It is about 100 meters from Wenceslas Square.

There are so many amazing aspects to Prague such as a fascinating history , and incredible architecture, delicious food and ridiculously cheap beer (the government doesn’t tax beer to keep the price down) .
Even the Birds and Animals looks so Happy in Prague <3
