Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great weekend! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @liltammy:

View of the beautiful Grotta Fountain located in the Havlickovy Sady Park in Prague Vinohrady. Behind the fountain, you can see an artificially built cave that adds to the very special atmosphere of this little known place. I took this photo in summer 2016.

Czech Republic Prague place Tancici Dum The name of this unique house with dynamic architecture comes from two towers that look like the dance couple Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers

If I had to pick a winner this today I think this one wins. Tomas loves the Dancing House and this is a great picture of it.

Good Luck.

LOL, you are right:)....

Thank you very much for your support...

Very beautiful!

That's insane! Mind-boggingly beautiful picture, great job

Yes, Prague has incredible places.. Thank you very much..

It sure does deserves to be featured today:)....

Super happy, thank you very much! :) :)

Congratulations on your win. Fred and Ginger sure are glowing in the night. Beautiful photograph!

Photo of a reflection on the waters of the Vltava River of some palaces of Prague. Here it can be seen the place where the Smetana Museum is housed. This building and the other on the photo were built in Renaissance style.

I took this photo on Charles Square, one of the largest squares in the Czech Republic. In the photo, a monument to the founder of modern Czech poetry Vyatzlavu Galec. The monument stands next to the building of the New Town Hall.

Nope, these are not people falling down from the Vysehrad Railway Bridge in Prague. What looks like this disturbing scene is actually a piece of art by Czech artist Veronika Psotkova. I dont know whether this creepy installation is still there though, I took this shot on a grey winter day in January 2016.

This shot represents the South Bohemian town of Bechyně. I bought the photo from the bridge 40 meters above the surface of the river Lužnice, which flows around the city. Do you know the singer of Karel Kryl? In his youth he studied at the local ceramics school.

In spite of everything, the classical views are stay good. How many trips have I made so many times to the observation platforms. And every time I liked the view of the city. Each of the 4 seasons gave beautiful photos. I do not even doubt that on the next trip I will go there again)
Prague view

Great click, I love the mood settings in it!

Hamleys is colorful magical world full of toys and games for children of all ages. It is located in the very center of Prague on one of the main shopping streets - Na příkopě. The best thing about it is that you can play with everything, not just watch. I really enjoyed this place with my sister´s children :D

Great place! Glad to see it over here! Thank you so much for that. Tomas

This is the Prague Metronome. It sits inside of Letná Park, overlooking the Vltava River. Recently I learned that there use to be a huge Stalin Statue there but it was tore down in 1962. I understand why it was taken down, but I think it would have been really cool to see today if it was still standing.

The head of Franz Kafka, outdoor sculpture made by David Cerny. It is outside the Quadrio shopping center in Prague, Czech Republic, the sculpture is kinetic made of 42 rotating panels with a height of 11 meters
