Hello fellow Steemians!

I am starting the week #39 of my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge and we are back to the continent of Asia.

If you like to participate, place your personal image from your travels in Asia in the comment section below with a short 30 to 50 word description. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.

Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 SBD in total. So far I have given out thousands of dollars in upvotes and hundreds of SBD in rewards.

Bromo at Dawn. The morning atmosphere in the area of Mount Bromo. Bromo is one of the world-famous tourist destinations. I took this photo at 5:35 am Indonesia time. According to local belief, Mount Bromo is the name of the Main God in Hinduism. Active volcanoes in East Java, Indonesia. It has a height of 2,329 meters above sea level. The Tenggerese are native settlers around the mountain, believing that this mountain has magical powers that can protect their lives.

A traditional fisherman is pulling a fishing net or in Aceh called "Tarek Pukat" on the Gampong Jawa beach, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Fishing with manually retracted nets has been going on for a long time in Aceh and has now become a cultural tour that visitors can see.

Strong fishermen

What a hard job that is. Great image!

The long tail! Koh Phi Phi, the mystique Island in the Andaman Sea (Thailand). A truly remarkable place surrounded by the calm sea. These typical long-tail boats are loud as hell but probably the only way to maneuver these boats safely through all these reefs and rocky shores. Amazing how the local skippers handle those huge engines. The 8mm Sigma lense puts and interesting angle on the boat I think. I tried to capture the tail ;)

I just want to jump in that water:)

I love the colour of the water!

Unreal isn't it?!

Maya Bay on Koh Phi Phi Island, Thailand

Ever since the movie "The Beach" starring Leonardo DiCaprio was filmed on Koh Phi Phi, the Maya Bay beach is world-famous. The environmental impact of overtourism has left scars on this natural gem and caused the authorities to deny access to Maya Bay for a while.

I have also posted this photo on my blog.

Nice perspective! I also posted a Koh Phi Phi entry ;)

thanks! yours is too!

I am not surprised why this place was chosen for a set ant then overtaken by a storm of tourists. Simply stunning!

While trekking the Langtang in Nepal, I was overtaken by a group of women going up from the valley carrying empty baskets on their back.

Life isn't the same for all of us and we've got to realize: while some complain for little things, others work very hard!

Location: The Himalayan ranges, Nepal.

A very famous mountain in the world

It isn't indeed!

Sorry, I am wrong🙏

I cannot even image what a hard living conditions those people have. We just take most of the thing for granted in Europe.

Traveling learn someone modesty and makes the same person realize how lucky we are with what we got!

Taking a hot air balloon to watch the sunrise in Cappadocia, Turkey. When the balloon is rising higher and higher, the view becomes more extraordinary. This stunning view is captured when the balloon rose to 800m.

What a great experience that must have been. Some astonishing views!

In the picture above is a scene that I take using camera Dslr, location of this place is in dam lhokseumawe, aceh, indonesia. This reservoir often displays sunset in the afternoon. And every day brings beautiful scenery in the afternoon. Lhokseumawe Reservoir is a place for fishing for fishermen who do not go to sea. I am taking this picture combining sago plants that grow wild in the reservoir and sunset grounds.

Here's my entry photo on the chance of an Asian challenge.

Regard from me @dayatsiauli

What a calming scene and an excellent entry.

Baiturrahman Great Mosque
Masjid Raya Baiturrahman, is a mosque located in downtown Banda Aceh, Aceh.
The Baiturrahman Grand Mosque is a religious symbol, and a silent witness to the struggle and nationalism of the Acehnese people,
And also the Aceh Tsunami Tragedy in 2004 ago, which devastated the land of this Veranda of Mecca.
The mosque is located right in the center of Banda Aceh City and is the pride of the Acehnese People.

So we have two entries from the same place today and they are both stunning. Thank you so much!

Aceh is so thick with cultural traditions and save so much beauty of natural charm makes aceh known to many people from various countries.
One of them is the beach "Lhoknga" located on the westernmost part of the island of Sumatra and facing directly to the Indian Ocean makes this beach became the most favorite place in Aceh to enjoy the sunset.
