Your entries need to be submitted by the midnight of Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.
Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. This is the Marina Bay Sands, a large and magnificent resort fronting the Marina Bay in Singapore. The resort has a large hotel, a convention center, a large shopping mall, a museum, two large theatres, several great restaurants, a skating rink and an enormous casino. On top of the complex is a large SkyPark with an infinity pool which offers amazing views of all of the Singapore bay area.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – Australian Monday week #20 – winner announcement!
@mibreit-photo Australian Monday entry:
The spectacular view from the top of Roy's Peak on New Zealand's south island. It's 1400meters up from the car park just a few miles outside of Wanaka. I was up there for sunset and was the only person staying in the freezing November winds. It was great to have such a view for myself :-)

@photofreediver Tuesday of Antarctica and world´s oceans entry:
To see icebergs in Greenland is the dream of many people. For our freedivers team this was also the purpose of our trip. But on the tops of the icebergs, we certainly did not stop. We became one of the first people in the World who saw the beauty and grandeur of the underwater part of the ice giants.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – African Wednesday #20 – winner announcement!
@ansharphoto African Wednesday entry:
Quiver Trees at Dawn, Namibia. My first day in Namibia did not disappoint. I traveled with a group of photographers to the Quiver Forest, a place for which the photographs had not prepared me. The Quiver Forest is actually privately-owned land — the Guriganus Farm — and the “trees” which make up this otherworldly forest are not actually trees at all, but plants. Their fibrous trunks are easy to hollow out and were once widely used as quivers for arrows.

7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge – European Thursday #20 – winner announcement!
@skiesandsports European Thursday entry:
Lake District Sunrise. This one is from my favourite place in the world, the Lake District here in the UK. It's such an incredible place - unsurprisingly FULL of lakes! - and perfect for sunrise/sunset shoots looking over the incredible landscape! If you are ever in the UK I'll give you one tip, don't bother with London, that's not even close to the best part of the UK!!

Two weeks ago, I went to Elysian Park to watch the sunset over downtown Los Angeles. For the sunset, I chose the 110 Freeway overpass for my photos. But before that, I had some time to explore the park so I went up to Angels Point that offered an incredible view of the city. I think I'll be going back soon to get some sunset shots from this point!
Great shot Matt!
Yosemite Park - Tioga Pass
We drove the 120 - Tioga RD - from the west to the east thorough Yosemite Park. The road is closed during winter time and opens Mid May or even later depending on the plowing progress. The way up is just great but coming down again, following the windy roads and seeing the valley and Mono Lake is fantastic. The picture was taken on the way at a viewing point.
Beautiful image, great entry. Thanks a million. Tomas
I have to thank you! Have a great week:)
Colorful sunset over a lake in the Kennebec Golf Camp in Maine, US. I was working at that camp during my work and travel program some 7 years ago and it was a great and unforettable experience. Rural Maine is beautiful.
The sea of red, stunning!
My honeymoon with @danpaulson included an amazing trip to Yellowstone Park. The stars at night took my breath away, as did the fantastic colours in the Grand Prismatic Spring, which are created by microbial mats around the edges of the mineral-rich water!
Stunning image indeed!
Thank-you @czechglobalhosts; I feel very lucky to have been there! :-)
Took this photo a couple years back on the island of Kauai in the Waimea Canyon. This is known as the grand canyon of Hawaii and one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. The hiking trails around this canyon are second to none and the views amazing wherever you go.
Gorgeous photo!
Fabulous picture. Thank you so much for sharing. Tomas
While traveling along the Icefield parkway, we always admire the Endless Chain, a large piece of the earth's crust that was forced out during tectonic plate stress. We got there just in time to see the sun disappear behind the mountains on the opposite side leaving the tip of the mountain lit up while shading the rest of the valley.
What a great entry. Thank you so much for your participation. Kindly stay tuned for the winne announcement coming later on today. Tomas
Thank you Tomas :)
One of the most popular places of the canadian Rocky Mountains is the stunning Lake Louise in Banff National Park. Clear turquoise water, steep mountains and a glacier create a postcard view...
Superb image!
Fantastic image as always. Thank you for your continued support. Have a great day. Tomas
A shot of the Horseshoe Bend, Arizona. This bend in the Colorado River is a popular attraction for those visiting the Grand Canyon. It is located approximately 140 miles from both the South Rim and the North Rim near the town of Page.
I just love this spot! Great image, thank you so much. Tomas
The giant bean aka cloud gate is an iconic symbol of downtown Chicago. Located in Millennium park, the shiny bean shows reflections of the tall architecture and sky surrounding it. I especially like the night view because the lights make the reflections of the cityscape extra bright.
Thanks for hosting this awesome contest, @czechglobalhosts - There is truly so much talent and inspiration to explore on Steemit, and I've really been enjoying your selections.
Great click! Thank you for sharing with everyone. Tomas
Panorama of threatening storm clouds over the canyon landscape of Colorado National Monument (near Grand Junction). The wind here was so strong that I was having trouble getting sharp exposures even with a tripod!
Fantastic as always!
Thanks, Tomas! :)
