Behind the house of my farm that is in the municipality of Macaé, in the interior of Rio de Janeiro / Brazil, has a pasture hill. The beginning of the slope is gentle and easy to climb to observe this panorama of the mountains.
Your entries need to be submitted by 8 AM Central European Time in order to be considered for the challenge with a description of approximately 30 to 50 words. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Wahiba Sands, Oman. Today I want to share with you a picture I took a few weeks ago on my travel around Oman. It shows the sunset in an absolut incredible landscape. Monkey Island, Vietnam. When I visited Ha Long Bay, I feared hords of tourists and cruise ships, but I was positively surprised: Apart from a few great backpackers in the hostel, there were few tourists around and I had a great time on Cat Ba Island and Ha Long Bay.

@fotostef European Thursday entry:
For this week I have a shot that I took from the ship's deck as we were entering Heraklion port on my way home. Usually the ships arrive at Crete before the sunrise but thanks to a change of the schedule I had the chance to take a few shots as the sun was rising above the mountains.

@justinmullet North American Friday entry:
This is an aerial drone view along the shoreline of Kelly Island on the Pend Oreille River in Washington last summer. It's fun to see the change in perspective you get with a drone as everything looks quite different when you view it from above at a distance.

Lake Titicaca, the highest lake in the world contains very beautiful landscapes. On the island of the Moon, on the Bolivian side, I could admire this magnificent view. The road to get there was dangerous because they where a lot of waves but it was worth it.
In the hill the Morro Lecheria. Venezuela, is a magical place to observe wonderful sunsets, like this one that I show you in this photo, Here I was able to enjoy the sunset with flashes and colors that allow you to breathe and feel an indescribable peace and an infinity connection with nature.
Every week I go up to El Morro hill in the city of Lecherias in the State of Anzoategui, Venezuela. This day was very special because it was a crucial date for my country, January 23, and it seems that the sky was supporting us by sending golden rays. It seems that someone had colored or edited this photo but really this was the color with which the sky and the sun combined with the sea. I really was ecstatic when I could contemplate this totally special sunset. So I share it without editing or anything, it's totally natural.
Pisac ruins might not be as famous as Machu Picchu, but it's equally fascinating and less crowded. Just less than 1 hour by car from Cusco, it's situated at the eastern end of the Sacred Valley. I was lucky to visit it after rain - the whole place looked so vibrantly green.
This photo was taken from the bus window somewhere along the road between São Paulo and Florianópolis, Brazil. The yellowing sun hides behind the clouds like brushstrokes in the blue sky.
