Let me introduce a world ocean picture with this wreck shot in New Caledonia. She has been sunked volontary inside the lagoon to create an artificial reef. And it works ! She's sleeping now by 20-25 meters deep along her starboard side. Really nice dive.

Even though I live in a major city right next to an ocean I find I rarely make time to visit. So for today, I'm throwing it back to when I took the time to drive down to Hermosa Pier on the Pacific Ocean and watch the sunset. We're coming up to a beautiful time of year next month, so I'll have to take my camera and head back there again soon!

Very nice colours and tones brother, you could have named this one "vanilla sky"... It makes me wanna spend some time doing nothing but watching the sun going down behind the ocean.

That is an amazing shot Matt! Well done.

Incredible view of the Laguna Rosada (Pink Lake in English) found in the Rio Lagartos Nature Reserve in the north of Yucatan, Mexico. This stunning place is called a lake but it is actually made up of the sea water from the Caribbean that is connected to it so I am using as my entry for today´s contest.

That is pretty fascinating. Great click!

Sunset at Nice France, the lines of light corresponds to the famous Promenade des Anglais, which is a street and a pedestrian walk along all the beach. Nice is one of the most fashionable cities in Southern France along Côte d’Azur. In this photo the Mediterranean Sea is very calm.

The aspect that I like most of this image is the gradient of colours.

Love those colors! Stunning.

Crashing waves, looming cliffs and burning sun in Uluwatu, the south-western tip of the Bukit Peninsula of Bali, Indonesia. One of the most stunning coastline I’ve seen. You can visit here the island’s most iconic temple Pura Luhur Uluwatu full of crazy monkeys. They want to steal you everything.

Those are some breathtaking views!

Anse Patates is gorgeous beach on island La Digue. It is a small beach, which is not crowded at all. Tide and waves could be quite challenging, so take care when you are swimming there…

I miss the ocean right now just simply by staring at your image.

The beauty and grace of these creatures is astonishing. They glide effortlessly around our oceans impressing all that pass them by. This particular one had an interesting colouration that I had not seen before.

I love them. Definitely some of the most elegant creatures of the underwater world :)

They are pretty amazing!

Magnificent creature!

Sunrise on Bruny Island, Tasmania

I cannot stop posting about the incredible sunrises over the Tasman Sea. Bruny island, a small island off the coast of Tasmania, is where I saw some of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises of my travels in Australia.

Propsal Rock

I shot this photo with any old Yashica Electro 35 on Fuji Superia X-Tra 400. This formation is found on the Oregon coast, in the village of Neskowin. We were fortunate to have clear blue skies and sunshine the day we visited this summer.

Thank you so much for your wonderful submission!

Morning Pancu.
The atmosphere of sunrise on the beach Ujong pancu Aceh Besar is very charming and spoil the eyes, many come to the end of the Pancu to enjoy its beauty or work as fishermen, not infrequently local and outside Aceh photographers who are there to perpetuate its natural beauty.

Great to see you back and participating with this amazing image.

Gampong Jawa beach is the most beautiful beach to enjoy the sunset in the afternoon, the only beach of Banda Aceh City. In addition, Gampong Jawa is also famous it's beautiful sunset to be seen. The many sunset hunters are arriving to photograph the sunset here. So many people come here to weekend with their family.
