Hello fellow Steemians,
I hope you are all having a great weekend! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.
The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.
Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.
There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @emiii18:
Czech Republic Prague place Tancici Dum The name of this unique house with dynamic architecture comes from two towers that look like the dance couple Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers.

I rewarded @emiii18 winning entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit her blog and check out some of her other photos.

Here it's me again... This time i share a photo with you that I have took at the famous Charles Bridge. Here i show you a close up from the Tower on one end of the Bridge. And also from the guy on the right corner of this picture :)
For todays entry I have prepared probably my best photo from Adršpach. Adršpach's photos can easily be confused with photos from the Prachov Rocks. There is a beautiful nature, which is very often used by filmmakers.
Great image and place to be featured in today's edition! Thank you so much for your submission. Tomas
I consider that the Charles Bridge is the most photographed monument of Prague. I took this photo from a spot that is commonly used for taking photos of this bridge. It was taken at the last moment of the afternoon when the light is quite special.
Waldstein Palace is located in the Mala Strana quarter, in the heart of Prague. It is the seat of the Senate of Prague. This is a very beautiful place, which on weekends is open to all travelers for free.
Thank you so much for your entry! Tomas
The construction of Křivoklát Castle began around 1230. After that it was rebuilt several times. It is located a short distance from the river Berounka in the middle of the Křivoklát forest. The castle is owned by the state and so is accessible to visitors.
Splending image, great info!
through the streets of Malostranská, beautiful places of Prague, rich food ... unique and incomparable city. A city beyond comparison, left an impression on my imagination .. in love with Prague, its architecture, its landscape, its people ..
Hi, your picutre is really beautiful. I think you can be a winner, you just miss the limit of 30 words so try to write a few more words to win :) It would be a pitty not to win just because you do not have a limit of 30 words. Wish you good luck ;)
That sure is an amazing capture:).....
Thank you very much :)
This is a glimpse of the gothic splendor of St Vitus Cathedral in Prague.
The shot was taken from behind the high altar which echoes the architectural elegance of the building and, along with the two pillars framing the picture, provides a contrast to the greyish hues of the stone walls.
The hallmarks of gothic cathedral architecture are light and height.
You can almost feel your soul soaring upwards carried by the thrust of the edifice itself.
For today’s entry I chose castle Veveří. This castle is only 12 km from Brno. We can travel there by cruise liner and get off right next to the castle. During season this castle is like… super alive - there is a lot of events - concerts, fireworks, historical swordplay, historical cars, “slavnosti moravského uzeneho” :-) , a lot of activities for children. I highly recommend visiting this castle but only if some event takes place in there. Otherwise you can be a little bit disappointed, because it is not too big and there are not many things to do.
I had to wait a couple of minutes for the sun to start shining. This photo is super fresh, taken last week :-)
Looks like it is a day of Castles today:).... castles everywhere:)...
Good weather and music, what else do you need for a good mood? I like to stop sometimes and listen when thay play well. And if I have a camera with me, then you can make some good photos. And musicians and people who gather around. Music makes people's faces more beautiful)
St. Vitus Cathedral was the first Prague attraction,
which I saw coming out of our tourist bus. It immediately catches the eye. The monumental Cathedral attracts attention to itself.
It is so huge, typically Gothic, but at the same time when you look at it there is no sense of gloom. Beautiful exterior that you can admire and admire
