The building is one of the oldest, built in the late 13th century. In it lived himself Charles IV. It was specially left as it was many centuries ago, so that we had an idea of what Prague represented in the architectural plan from the very beginning. The building has a name - "I'm ringing." This is because there is a stone bell on its corner
