Recently took a trip to the Utah national parks. Took this photo at the famous Mesa Arch in Canyonlands National Park just after sunrise. The sun is just behind the arch, creating a fascinating glow under the arch. Used Photomerge function with photoshop for creating the panorama image.

On my way to Staten Island. This picture of lower Manhattan was taken on a cloudy day back in November while I was on the ferry to Staten Island. It is worth noticing that some of the buildings, like the One World Trade Centre, are so high that are touching the clouds. To the right, you can see the Brooklyn Bridge too.

It happened in Thailand, in the Andaman Sea. At the very end of the dive I saw a sea turtle. She swam from coral to coral and did not notice my presence. Turtles are very calm, if you do not touch them. I swam next to her doing a frame-by-frame. At some point a flock of small fish swept past us. It lasted just a couple of seconds. I managed to make only one photo.

Thanks a lot for sharing it all with us.I was wondering, as I have never partaken tot he contest yet: If I post pictures in this contest, do I need one picture from every seven continent or can I post only one picture for one or two or three continents and that would be allowed? If I can only submit one or two continent, then I would have a few weeks worth of photographs to share on for this amazing contest.

The illustration of your photo in Canyonlands National Park for me greatly describes the serenity and the stunning scenery.
