Locklear Park

Locklear Park has great shading for the kids if it's a hot day in Sarasota, Florida. The playground is ages 2+ with three areas to go on. There is a bathroom there in case of emergencies. Great place to have a little get together with two picnic tables. Next to the area is a pond. When I was there taking pictures, a guy was trying to fish in the pond but I wouldn't really want to fish there. Also there is a opened field to play volleyball, soccer, football or kickball!

Unless you know a person who lives by this park, this is the only way to get in. Welcome to Locklear Park!
