Ah yes, you must be remembering my 75 messages with Uber's customer service (problem still not resolved). Luckily, Marriott was much more responsive, starting with actually having a phone number to contact!
Yeah, that and I think you also had an issue with some airlines, not sure though... Looks like you somehow attract these situations, I am sorry about that. Hopefully, next time, you will get to post about some nice hike rather than another dispute with an unprofessional company representatives :) Have a great weekend, cheers to Philly!
