Cultural Overwiev Bursa, Turkey

Hi :) I am from Bursa , Turkey so I want to show you something about my lovely city ...

Nowadays, most of the people on the world hear about something about Turkey or they are know about this country and also İstanbul because it has a high number populationin Turkey (14.804.116). For example , you might hear about some cities for the summer holiday like Antalya ,Bodrum ,Muğla , etc. however we have so much beautiful cities . Today I will write about Bursa .                               

Firstly, I want to talk about some traditional foods in this city."İskender Kebab" is most famous and most delicious food in Bursa. It is including pitta bread,beef slices,tomato sauce and melted butter and its coming with the turkish yogurt and some cooked vegetables.

Moreover, Bursa has a so famous dessert its Turkish name is "Kestane Şekeri" , English translation name is also chessnut sweet . It is producing from the chessnut ofcourse but its cooking with sugar. Actually chessnut is important  in Bursa.I'm moving on the another things about Bursa. This cities history goes back to ancient times . It was an important city during the ottoman period . Some  of the Ottoman sultans were buried after he died in Bursa so Bursa has so many important cemeteries and memorials.In the photo at the bottom of this post you will see the first sultan of the Ottoman Epire's cemeteries.

    Lastly, I will talk about winter tourism in Bursa . We have a big mountain its name is Uludağ. Its so famous for doing snowboard or skiing. "Teleferik " is also important and its a cable car. Uludag cable car that is used to achieve a transport system.

My advice to you , you should see the Uludağ on the cable car . It is really seing fascinating and I hope you will come this city one day :)
