Seemed to have been a really nice trip, in spite of the weather!

I was reading and came across a word I had never seen before "offal", what kind did you have? I am usually a big fan myself, now that I know what it refers to.

    Yes, I did not know this word either. Google translate used it for "abats" in French. I had to check that is was the right translation. ;-)
