Giraffe out at night in Portugal!
I am a huge fan of graffitti (as long as it's not rude nor obscene). Personally, I feel that graffitti is an art form and definately makes a space more colourful and bright! However, I have never seen such a random piece before, and it truly made me smile.
Yesterday we decided to make use of the cool weather and decided to tackle the Eco-caminho in Maia. The Eco-Caminho was actually a railway which was decomissioned a while ago, but the municipality decided to make a safe and vehicle free tarred space for people to run, skate or cycle. It is really stunning!
Old abandoned Maia train station...
Unfortunately, there are tons of abandoned buildings in Portugal. This house must have been amazing in its hey-day, but now it is overgrown with ivy and empty. Does make for an awesome picture opportunity!
Thanks for stopping by. As always, comments and/or advice are always welcomed.
