The Korean Park In the Philippines

in #travel7 years ago (edited)

Days after Super Typhoon Yolanda hits the Philippines, lots of NGO helped Leyte and Samar. One of them is Korea. Koreans are so helpful. They helped rebuilding houses, schools, hospitals and other properties owned by people and government. They also offered free medical services and job. Even their belongings, they left it to the survivors. They also donated their trucks and construction equipments.

After they leave philippines, as a sign of their visit and as a remembrance, they created a korean park which is now treated as a tourist attraction.

Here are sample pictures of the place. See how creative they are.

Korea contributes a lot to the fast recovery of the place devasted by the strongest typhoon Yolanda "Haiyan" that marks the history of the world.

Thank you so much for the help and generosity. You shown us that we are one. That we are brothers and sisters in heaven, no matter what nationality we have, we are children of God.

To those soldiers who helps my place, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I SALUTE YOU ALL!!
