Open-Air Train Museum

in #travel6 years ago

This is a part 3, a sequel to the little car trip I took with my friend on 26th May. If you haven't seen already you can see the part 1 Highest Natural Point In Western Estonia and Western Estonia Part 2 on these links.

Anyway, we were in Haapsalu and we started to make our way back to Tallinn but before leaving I wanted to make a quick stop on the road where train museum is located. No, I'm not a fan of trains but I thought that would be cool for some of you steemians to see. This is an open-air train museum there. This station was built in 1905–1907 and was in use till 2004 when this railroad( except the station part ) was demolished. Someone had a great idea to leave the trains to this station and make a museum out of this. All the trains and wagons are from the soviet union times so yeah, pretty old.

Well, let's see the photos.
